The route is ideal for beginners and short in duration; it starts from the bridge at Glyki and because the sources of the river are nearby, rafting descents take place all year round. Those more experienced in water sports can choose to go down a more demanding route through quite narrow passages that lasts 4-5 hours, using a monoraft or a kayak, which starts off at Sertziana and ends at Glyki.
